Meet the founders
Lisa Parente and Eva Kapatos are the creators of The RM Method™ — a system where movement becomes medicine, breath becomes rhythm, and healing feels like a rave.
For more than a decade, both Lisa and Eva have devoted their lives to the study of yoga, sound healing, somatics, and trauma informed practices.
Each founder holds over 500 hours of RYT certifications, with extensive training in energy work, ancestral healing, somatic movement, and the neuroscience of altered states.
As educators, musicians, and integration guides, they witnessed a pattern: people were having breakthroughs on the dance floor — but losing themselves in the comedown.
So they built a method that bridges what traditional healing forgot:
the body needs rhythm.
The nervous system needs safety.
The soul needs expression.
